- As stated during the order;
- Name/surname, address, and email information will be used as the basis.
- ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

- The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER electronically from the SELLER's website www.roseatelier.com.tr, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding this transaction.

- ARTICLE 3 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
- • Product name, quantity, size, color, and selling price are as stated in the order summary.
- • Payment method and delivery address are determined by the BUYER during the order process.

- ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

- 4.1. The BUYER declares that they have read and accepted the preliminary information contained on the Rose Atelier website.

- 4.2. Products will be delivered to the address provided by the BUYER, within a legal period not exceeding 30 days.

- 4.3. If the product is to be delivered to a person/entity other than the BUYER, the SELLER is not responsible if the recipient refuses to accept it.

- 4.4. Products are shipped in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, in good condition and complete.

- 4.5. If payment for the product is not made or the payment is cancelled by the bank, the SELLER's delivery obligation ends.

- 4.6. If payment is not made to the SELLER due to unauthorized use of the credit card, the BUYER is obliged to return the product within 3 days.

- 4.7. If delivery is delayed due to force majeure (natural disaster, disruption of transportation, etc.), the BUYER will be informed. The BUYER may cancel the order, request a similar product, or request a postponement of delivery.

- ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

- 5.1. The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

- 5.2. Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to info@roseatelier.com.tr.

- 5.3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in a condition suitable for resale.

- ARTICLE 6 – PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

- The following products are exempt from the cancellation and return policy:
- • Custom-made fur products
- • Products made to order.
- • Bikini and swimsuit bottoms
- • Underwear products
- • Bikini and swimsuit products with the hygiene seal removed.
- • Cosmetics and personal care products
- • Accessories that have been opened and cannot be resold.
- • Digital content and instant delivery services.

- ARTICLE 7 – CUSTOM-SIZED FUR PRODUCTS
- • Custom-sized fur products are made to order.
- • Production time is 15 business days.
- • Cancellation, return, and exchange are not possible once production has begun.
- • The accuracy of the measurements is the responsibility of the BUYER.

- ARTICLE 8 – COMPETENT COURT

- In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.

- By completing the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
